Ben is currently a leader at a Data & AI Academy within an FTSE 100 company, supporting AI capability across an international workforce. His work focuses on making AI understandable, useful, and actionable for people at all levels, from frontline teams to senior executive leaders.

Previously, Ben served as Dean of AI at Southern New Hampshire University, where he launched applied AI certifications supporting more than 225,000 learners. He has also taught at Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences, one of the leading colleges for AI and computer science.

Earlier in his career, Ben worked as an AI Project Manager at Northeastern’s Experiential AI Institute, guiding AI solutions from concept to deployment with multidisciplinary teams. At MaineHealth, he developed predictive analytics that helped clinicians identify risk earlier and improve patient care.
