Ben Tasker is a recognized leader in AI education, workforce transformation, and AI adoption. He currently leads a Data & AI Academy that upskills and reskills more than 36,000 employees in the public utility sector, preparing them to be AI-ready and future-ready. He also serves as a Technical Advisor for uCertify, a global leader in workforce certification and reskilling.

Previously, Ben was the Dean of AI at Southern New Hampshire University, where he launched applied AI certifications supporting over 225,000 learners. He continues to teach at Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences, one of the world’s top universities for AI education.

Earlier in his career, Ben served as a Project Manager at Northeastern’s Experiential AI Institute, where he built responsible AI solutions for firms such as Two Sigma and Unum Insurance. As a Data Scientist at MaineHealth, he developed predictive AI diagnostic tools that directly improved patient outcomes and saved lives.

Drawing on experience as a data scientist, AI product leader, and educator, Ben bridges the gap between AI innovation and human impact. His work highlights how AI can amplify human potential, drive skills-based learning, and support the responsible adoption of AI in education, healthcare, and enterprise.
